Melissa
Hello, I'm Melissa, we haven't met but chances are I am the first person you will meet or talk to when you call or visit our office.
I have been in Orthodontics with Dr. Carden since 1991. After graduating from my dental assisting program I did my internship in this office, worked as a chairside assistant for 3 years, then moved
to the front desk. I am the "ringmaster" for our daily routine and I love my job. I especailly love getting to know not only our patients, but their families: moms, dads, brothers and sisters as our
patients become part of our family.
My favorite part of the day is to see the beautiful smiles that are created on everyone's faces when the braces are removed and to know that our team had a wondeful part in making this a very
special day and providing a lifetime benefit for all our patients.

Insurance Information
Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. Because insurance policies vary, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. If you have any questions, our courteous staff is always available to answer them.
If your insurance covers orthodontic treatment, you will receive the benefit of reduced personal costs. Many insurance policies have a lifetime orthodontic benefit that is separate from regular dental insurance. Remember that insurance policies vary, and we will review your insurance to determine the appropriate course of action. Once treatment has started, we will file your claims for you. To help us with your insurance filing, please complete the insurance questions on our questionnaire. Please remember that orthodontic insurance is YOUR BENEFIT. If, during the course of treatment, your benefits change, the financially responsible party is accountable for all charges.
